In 2019 Blagoveshchensk was declared a territory of advanced social and economic development. The economy of Blagoveshchensky District is comprised with a quite large business constellation. It combines the cutting-edge industry, agriculture, production and social infrastructures.
One of the advantages of the territory is its geographical location. First of all, it is really close to the capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Blagoveshchensk and Ufa are just 35 kilometers apart. Moreover, businesses can take advantage of great transportation capacities represented by motorways, railways, waterways, access to M5 and M7 Federal Highways, proximal major transit corridors.
TASED status provides new opportunities for investors. It allows businesses to obtain a number of preferences, such as profit taxes reduced by up to five percent within the first five years and by up to 10 percent within the next five years. The status also provides company's property and land tax relief within 10 years. Within this period the residenting enterprises can expect 7.6 percent levy to the Payroll Fund.
Additionally, companies can apply to the Monotown Development Foundation and obtain privileged 0% or 5% loans to build infrastructure. It is not a challenge at all to become a Blagoveshchensk TASED Resident. You need to submit an application, attach a package of documents and send it to the Town Administration. As soon as 50 days later the applicant is granted a resident status. All interested are welcome to become Blagoveshchensk TASED Residents. Cooperating with Blagoveshchensk, the Republic of Bashkortostan, means profitability, reliability and viability.

The town arose around a plant. That neighbourhood then became the historical city centre.
The town arose around a plant. That neighbourhood then became the historical city centre.
The earliest days of Blagoveshchensk dates back to Blagoveshchensk Copper Smelting Plant established in 1756.
The plant was an industrial centre and also performed social functions.
As early as in 19th century Blagzavod Settlement was inhabited by over 3 thousand people.
Besides Dashkov Copper Smelting and Engineering Plants, the area also included a brick plant, a butter plant, a sack plant, 10 shops, a berth, a water mill and a dam forming the Upper Pond.
Today
Blagoveshchensk Town is the administrative and cultural centre of Blagoveshchensky Municipal District in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The town is experiencing a major industrial construction.
It has a unique enterprise called
POLIEF, JSC. The tow also introduced new production facilities, such as Agidel, LLC,
Blagoveshchensky Plastic, LLC, Zavod Satellite, LLC, Turbaslinsky Broilers, OJSC,
Prospekt, LLC. The industries manufacture steel and steel items, concrete mixture, reinforced concrete structures and parts, terephthalic acid, polyethylene-terephthalate, polygraphic items and other products. The town has a convenient location, therefore, it has logistic advantages for industry development.
Tomorrow
Blagoveshchensk is one of the oldest towns in the Republic of Bashkortostan, it is a satellite of Ufa, the capital of the Republic.
The town is enthusiastic to attract investment projects to improve social and economic conditions in the town. It will help reveal the touristic potential and prospects of permanent residency.
The town is reconstructing a number of key places of interest.
They are supposed to turn into points of attraction for residents and guests.
